Meet Michelle, our Founder
I’m a neurodivergent leader and senior people and culture practitioner with a mission: to create a world where neurodivergent individuals are not just included, but truly seen, supported, and empowered.
Kaboose was born from a deeply personal place, watching my own son face isolation, missed opportunities, and a system that wasn’t built for him. I knew he wasn’t alone. So I set out to build the community I wish we’d had.
With over 20 years of global experience across tech, people, and executive leadership, including roles as Chief People Officer, I now use that knowledge to bridge the gap between business and belonging.
