Find your people. Figure out what works for you.
Kaboose is a place for neurodivergent adults to connect with people who get it, learn more about themselves and find practical support for everyday life. Join groups. Make friends. Swap experiences. Or explore bite-sized Neuro Nuggets when you need something a little more practical. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just somewhere to start.
Somewhere you don’t have to explain the basics.
Finding people who understand your experience can be hard, especially when so much energy goes into explaining yourself, keeping up or trying to fit spaces that weren’t designed with you in mind.
Kaboose is different.
It’s a neurodivergent community where you can connect around the things you’re actually navigating: work, burnout, relationships, executive function, late diagnosis, special interests and everything in between.
Join the conversation. Read quietly. Come and go. Use it in the way that works for you.
Connection, without the social media performance.
Kaboose isn’t about followers, likes or building an audience. It’s about finding people you actually want to talk to.
Find your corner
Join groups around shared experiences, interests and the things happening in your life right now.
Make real connections
Meet people who understand where you’re coming from and keep the conversation going one-to-one.
Participate your way
Post every day. Drop in occasionally. Read without saying anything. It all counts.
Friendship, not dating
Kaboose is built for friendship, community and learning. No dating. No pressure to perform.
Sometimes you need people.
Sometimes you need a next step.
Community can help you feel less alone in what you’re experiencing.
Neuro Nuggets help you work out what to do with it.
They’re short, practical guides for the moments that don’t come with instructions, whether you’re trying to understand why something feels difficult, navigate a situation differently or find a way of doing things that works better for your brain.
Explore Neuro Nuggets on:
- Executive function and getting started

Watch it. Read it. Listen to it.
There’s no single right way to learn.
Neuro Nuggets are designed to fit around different brains, different energy levels and different moments. Watch a short video, listen while you’re doing something else or read at your own pace.
Start with whatever feels useful now. Leave the rest until you need it.
Every free Kaboose account includes 5 Neuro Nuggets each month, or you can unlock the full library with Kaboose Premium.
What you learn doesn’t have to stay theoretical.
Kaboose brings community, practical learning and live experiences together in one place.
A conversation in a group might help you realise other people struggle with the same thing. A Neuro Nugget can give you language or strategies to try. An event can take the conversation deeper.
Then you can bring what you’ve learned back to the community and work out what it looks like in real life.

Built with neurodivergent people.
There’s a big difference between being told how neurodivergence works and hearing from people who actually live it.
Kaboose started with community, and that community continues to shape what we build.
The questions people ask, the situations they struggle with and the strategies they share help inform our Neuro Nuggets, events and resources – alongside expert and clinical input.
So the support stays connected to real life, not just theory.
