Somewhere you don't have to explain yourself
The Kaboose community is where neurodivergent people talk to each other. Not a forum full of strangers arguing, and not a feed designed to keep you scrolling. Just groups built around the things people are actually navigating, and thousands of members around the world who’ve been there. You can join in, or you can read quietly first. Both are fine.
Find your corner of it.
There’s no single Kaboose community. There are dozens of smaller ones, organised around the topics people come here for – work, burnout, parenting, executive function, late diagnosis, study, relationships and more.
Join the ones that fit what’s going on for you right now. Leave the ones that don’t. Nothing about the way you use it is permanent.
Community access is included with every Kaboose account, free.
Conversations that stay on the topic you came for.
Groups keep things specific. Instead of one enormous room where a question about medication sits underneath a question about school meetings, each group holds one thread of neurodivergent life — so what you post lands with people who understand that particular version of it.
Ask the question you’ve been sitting on. Share the workaround that finally stuck. Or just read what other people have already worked out.
Groups our members love
Some conversations are easier one-to-one.
Group threads aren’t for everyone, and they’re not right for everything. When you find someone whose experience sounds like yours, you can take it to a direct message and talk properly. No follower counts, no public profiles to maintain, no performance. Just a way to keep talking to the people you’d want to keep talking to.
What to expect:
No diagnosis required
Diagnosed, self-identifying or still working it out – you’re welcome here. Nobody is asked to prove it to anyone.
Practical over performative
The best conversations are the specific ones. What you tried, what happened, what you’d do differently next time.
Reading counts as being here
Plenty of members never post. Join in when you’re ready – reading what others share is a real way to use Kaboose.
Moderated, private, and on your terms.
A community only works if people feel safe being honest in it. Ours is actively moderated against community guidelines written for neurodivergent communication styles – direct, literal, info-dumping and low-social-energy replies are all normal here, not something to be corrected.
Your learning stays private
Nobody can see which Neuro Nuggets you have viewed, or that you viewed them.
Your employer never sees you here
If you joined through work, your organisation never sees who you are or what you post.
Your employer never sees you here
A name and a photo is all it takes to join in, and you can step back or delete it at any point.
Community is one part of Kaboose.
What people share here shapes what we build. A question that keeps resurfacing in a group becomes a Neuro Nugget. A conversation too big for a comment thread becomes a live event. Then those turn up back in the groups, where people work out what they actually mean for their own lives.
Three parts, one account, one ongoing conversation.
Neuro Nuggets
Practical guides, videos and audio for the moments that don’t come with instructions. Short enough to use, deep enough to return to.
Events
Live discussions with experts and lived-experience speakers, plus relaxed hangouts where you can body double, chat or just listen.
Thousands of people, already talking.
Kaboose didn’t start as a content library. It started as a community, and everything else grew out of what people said they needed. That’s still how it works – the experiences shared here are what our guides, our events and our speakers respond to. This isn’t support designed for neurodivergent people. It’s support built with them.

Is it free?
Yes. Community access is included with every Kaboose account, alongside five free Neuro Nuggets each month.
Do I have to post?
No. Most members read far more than they write, and that’s a normal way to use it.
Who can see what I post?
Other members of the groups you’ve joined. Your Neuro Nuggets activity stays private and is never visible to anyone.
Can my employer see my activity?
No. Organisations can see that licences are being used. They can’t see individual members, group membership or anything posted.
Is this the same as the events?
They’re connected but different. The community runs continuously in the app; events are scheduled live sessions you register for.
Is this a replacement for therapy or professional support?
No. It’s peer connection and practical guidance. It sits alongside professional support, not instead of it.
